Project FAQ

Check out some more of the top questions that people often ask our team about their project.

What will be the typical start and end times for the work each day?

Work typically starts between 7-9 am and continues until 5-6 pm each day.

Yes, a designated project manager or lead contact person will be available on-site throughout most of the day.

Please communicate any concerns or changes directly to our team rather than to the crew to ensure effective coordination.

Large debris and tools are cleaned up every day. Final cleanup will be done at the
completion of the project, so please exercise caution as there may still be small trash.

We will need access to power and water. Please be aware that the equipment used may
trip a breaker, so access to the breaker may be necessary.

We aim to minimize project disruptions due to inclement weather. Typically, we only tear off what will be replaced on a given day. However, with good weather conditions, we may proceed with larger sections.

We provide daily updates in the evening, outlining the work completed and the plan for
the next steps.

Any unexpected discoveries or challenges will be promptly communicated to you, along
with potential solutions. Additional costs for addressing these situations may apply, and
we will provide you with the necessary information.

We recommend scheduling your lawn care service before our arrival and asking them to hold off until the project is complete.

We kindly request that you move any small, breakable items before we commence the
project to ensure their safety.

During the project, tools and materials may be stored on your property, and gates may be
left open for convenience. We strive to retrieve these items as soon as possible. Please keep pets and children away from the project area for their safety.

In most cases, materials and dumpsters may need to be temporarily stored in the
driveway. We prioritize the timely removal of these items. Please exercise caution and
prevent children from playing around the tools and materials.

Please do not put any personal trash or items in the dumpsters without consulting with us
first. The dumpsters are specifically allocated for construction-related waste and
materials and we may get charged fines by the waste removal company.

We conduct a final walk-around with you to ensure your satisfaction with all aspects of
the work. We will require your signature on a Certificate of Completion (COC) before
moving forward.

We accept cash or check as well as secure online payment through an ACH link. Credit
card payments are also accepted, with a 3.5% processing fee.

Payment is due upon completion of the project. Once the work is finished and you have signed the Certificate of Completion, we will provide an invoice for payment. If there are multiple scopes of work, we will ask for payment after each scope is complete.
